   1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Before Payment Submission: If a cancellation request is received before payments have been forwarded to government entities or third parties (e.g., for company registrations, tax filings, intellectual property registrations), we will process the refund after deducting a $30 cancellation fee and any expenses incurred in processing the order.
• After Payment Submission: Once payments have been submitted to a government entity or third party (such as trademark searches, trademark filings, copyright applications, or company registration fees), the order is non-refundable.
  

   

  2. Cancellation Process

  To request a cancellation, it must be done while the order is still under review. You can follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email to place your order on hold. Cancellations can be requested via telephone or email. If your cancellation request meets our requirements, it will be processed at our sole discretion.

   

  3. Disputed Payments

  Lannister Consultants does not dispute legitimate chargebacks initiated in accordance with the law. However, if an illegitimate or improper chargeback is filed—such as after payments have been submitted to a government agency or after a service has been initiated or delivered (e.g., trademark search, company formation)—we reserve the right to take all necessary actions to protect our interests. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Cancelling ongoing or future services and subscriptions
  • Dissolving any legal entity or structure (LLC, LTD, etc.) formed through our services in connection with the disputed payment
  • Withdrawing any support, documentation, or filings related to the service

             Furthermore, in cases where a payment schedule has been agreed upon (e.g., a percentage paid upfront and the remainder upon completion), and the                       client fails to pay the outstanding balance, Lannister Consultants reserves the full right to: 

• • Terminate all related services
  • Dissolve any entity or filing created on behalf of the client
  • Retain ownership or revoke access to any deliverable
  • Recover any costs associated with the cancellation, dissolution, or collection, including but not limited to:
  • Legal fees
  • Arbitration or mediation costs
  • Court filing expenses
  • Administrative fees
  • Collection agency charges
    •  

By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the outlined payment terms and acknowledge the consequences of any breach or non-compliance.

4. Liquidated Damages

If a customer fraudulently forms a legal entity using unauthorized details or disputes legitimate payments, the customer agrees to pay liquidated damages as follows:

• • • $500 for failure to dissolve a legal entity or abandon a trademark filing upon request.
    • $10,000 for forming a legal entity using unauthorized information.

The customer will also bear all costs associated with collecting these damages, including legal and collection expenses.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

Lannister Consultants reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
